Returns Policy - Incorrect Purchases & Non Faulty Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

A 15% Restocking Fee Applies to all returns.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Do not just send an item back with out completing this form, as this will delay the above processing time.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Product Faults

Electronic Wholesalers will cover the cost of postage of your replacement part, for faulty items which have been confirmed to be faulty by our Technicians.

Your first point of contact should be directed to sales@electronicwholesalersonline.com.au outlining your issue with your item.  We will then provide you details within one business day on how to test your item (generally quicker).

When an item is tested and found to be functioning correctly, we will return the item to the customer at the customers expense.

Fully Refunds are available for itmes we have confirmed are faulty, and have been returned with the original packaging.

 

Non-Compatibility with a customers equipment does not constitute a fault, if the item is confirmed to be in a working state.
